If your LDAP server supports StartTLS you can use 389. The initial handshake will be unencrypted but the actual connection will be encrypted.

Is port correct? I suppose it should be 636 in case of TLS.

Well OpenLDAP already supports TLS/STARTLS so I don’t see the point.
